  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • sit in machine with upright posture and feet flat on floow
  • grasp handles while keeping your shoulders and elbows in a strait line
  • push the handles above your head to an almost locked elbow position
  • return to starting position without letting weights touch the stack and perform over head motion again
