Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Get into a plank position with arms fully extended grasping Kettlebells
  • Shift body weight to one arm
  • With the other arm pull Kettlebell up towards chest
  • Return Kettlebell to starting position in controlled manner
  • Alternate arms each set or each rep
  • Tip: Keep body in straight line
