Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Carefully read machine description and exercise steps printed on machine
  • From standing position, rest hips on pad and grasp handles
  • Place either foot on kick back bar
  • Press back from hip contracting the glute muscles
  • Allow bar to return to start position and repeat movement
  • Ask a weight room attendant for help if necessary
