Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Lie on stability ball with ball positioned at navel with legs and arms extended, hands and feet touching floor
  • Slowly and in a controlled motion, lift hands off of floor and raise torso as far as possible while keeping your back FLAT
  • When extended fully, pause, and return slowly to starting position
  • Be sure to keep back flat and balance body with legs
  • Feet should not leave floor during this exercise
