Proper Steps

  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start hanging at arms length keeping your legs straight
  • Raise your legs as high as you can slighty to the side while twisting your torso
  • hold for a moment and lower then back to starting position
  • repeat to the other side
