  • Read "Getting Started" before beginning any exercise
  • Start from a seated position on the mat with knees bent at 45 degrees
  • Hold a medicine ball at chest level
  • Rotate your torso side to side
  • Keep head faced forward throughout exercise to isolate abdominals
  • Contract low back to keep hips at 45 degree angle
